Seems like a pretty good sign that my first day of true SkiMo training included skinning and skiing on October 13th. While the snow wasn't phenomenal, it was certainly functional, and I was able to get in two 30 minute laps, for an hour of very specific training at moderate intensity.
Following some pizza and a nap, I performed my new strength workout, which I'll get a little more into when I'm not ready to go to bed.
After 8 hours of sleep, two workouts, and a nap, I headed off to work for a 6 hour bar tending shift. Good day.
