Invention

Some of the best meals come from necessity. Tonight for example, I hadn't gotten to the store today, so I just had some random crap lying around. Here's what happened:

BBQed (cluck) Boob
Chicken breast
BBQ sauce (For any West Pointer's out there, yeah, it's Sweet Baby Ray's)
Yam
Onion
Jalapeno
Mushrooms
Black pepper
Garlic powder

Marinated chicken in BBQ sauce, black pepper, and garlic powder, for about 20 minutes (Yeah, I know, real commitment. I was hungry)

Sliced up yam, onion, jalapeno, mushrooms, spread onto aluminum foil with more BBQ sauce, and black pepper and garlic powder.

Put half the veggies on the tin foil, chicken breast on top, then cover with the rest of the veggies.

Wrap in foil, set on a cookie sheet, and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Probably could have cooked it a touch less, but still quite moist and tender. Serve with some sunflower bread with butter. Booyah.
